Open your registry and find the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SSDPSRV
Set the value of "Start" to "4" to disable the service, or "3" to enable it.

Disable Universal Plug and Play Device Host
